The SIASUN HC-X3-B is a mid-sized mobile collaborative robot in SIASUN's DUCO family, built by mounting a collaborative robot arm on the company's own autonomous mobile platform. The platform accepts loads of up to 350 kg on a 950 × 600 × 700 mm chassis — more compact than the larger HC-X2 variants — while the complete system delivers a maximum overall accuracy of ±0.3 mm. Navigation blends SLAM mapping with QR-code guidance, and the robot can be equipped with SIASUN-developed vision systems, grippers, and other execution units, allowing one vehicle to take on material handling, assembly, inspection, or precision-processing duties. Typical duties include loading and unloading of machines and automated inspection rounds, with SIASUN case studies spanning automotive production tasks such as engine spark-plug assembly and tightening, welding and gluing of body components, NVH detection for electric drives, automatic nail-blowing and tightening, palletising, and battery-pack bolt tightening for new-energy vehicles. Commissioning is simplified by an integrated teaching pendant that controls both the mobile base and the collaborative arm from a single screen, and multiple interaction and communication methods allow the robot to be tied into existing plant systems.
